* Pre-washed to ensure no shrinkage
* Has a loop for hanging
* Highly absorbent
Taking care

*Machine wash with cold or lukewarm water, up to 104° F/40° C
*Do not overload your washing machine
*Never use bleach
*Be sure to use mild detergent
*Wash with similar colors
*Air dry or tumble-dry on low heat
*Remove from the dryer while the item is still slightly damp
*Ironing is not necessary but if you do - use steam and medium heat settings on your
iron

Poor customer service

I have not received my order. In the throws of resolving it, but very slow in responding to my emails. An error on the company's part stating a 3 week delay as item hand made. I had given them my new forwarding address as I would be at my new address to receive the items when I had moved in. But a week later I was informed that my order had been despatched to my new address which was unoccupied. I tracked the package, which was photographed hanging out of the letterbox. Emailed company to say what had happened. They agreed to send out another order if by the time I had moved into my new property and they were not there. On arrival two weeks ago, the package clearly not at my address, emailed company to advise them of this. I still have had no response.
