Unfortunately, it has been almost two months, and I still have not received my curtain. I placed my order understanding it might take 3–4 weeks to be made and shipped, but when it was finally dispatched, I encountered ongoing issues with the shipping company. They repeatedly claimed to attempt delivery while I was home, but no delivery was ever made. On one occasion, when I anticipated being out, I requested that EVRI deliver it to my neighbor. They again claimed an attempt was made, but my neighbor confirmed no one showed up. I suspect the driver may have gone to the wrong address, though I can’t be certain.
Now, the curtain is being returned to the merchant, who has informed me that the only option is to wait for it to be shipped back out. Unfortunately, the merchant has done little to investigate the shipping issues or work with the courier to resolve the situation.
I’m giving two stars because I recognize that the failed delivery may not be the merchant’s fault. However, I am disappointed that they have not taken more initiative to help locate the missing curtain or offer better support.

I have just received my forest green linen beach bag and I absolutely love it! The quality is fantastic and it looks great, it's very stylish with a relaxed vibe. The packaging it arrived in was also thoughtful and added to the whole quality of experience.
I had an issue with the delivery date (my fault) and the customer service that I received from Asta was fantastic, she sorted the issue with no fuss.
