Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, we do offer custom sizes for most of our products. To inquire about a custom size, please email us at team@forestlandlinen.com. We will calculate the price, making time, and delivery details for you.

Will I have to pay any customs or import duties?

For orders within the EU, UK, and USA, no additional fees or taxes are applied. However, for other countries, customs and import duties may be applied. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as import duties vary from country to country. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please email us at team@forestlandlinen.com. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders for items that have already been shipped or custom orders that are already in the making process.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
