All our linen items are handmade to order in our studio and may take up to 4 weeks to be carefully made and shipped.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our studio in Kaunas, Lithuania. Every shipment is fully tracked — from our studio door to yours.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer than estimated due to customs procedures or courier delays. If your order appears delayed, we kindly ask you to allow up to one additional week beyond the estimated delivery time before contacting us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

European Union: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days after dispatch. (UK VAT included, no import fees)
Switzerland, Norway: 3-10 business days after dispatch.
United States: 7-10 business days after dispatch. (No Tariffs)
Canada: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Australia: 10-20 business days after dispatch.
Everywhere else: 10-15 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping upgrade (17 EUR):
European Union: 1-3 business days.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes applied. Unfortunately, ForestlandLinen does not have any control over these charges and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
