How long will it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order in our studio in Lithuania. Our current making time is 2–4 weeks, and delivery then takes about 7–15 working days depending on your destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I see and feel the linen before ordering?
Yes — we offer fabric samples. Screen colors vary, and each fabric batch can differ slightly in shade, so samples are the surest way to check.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, for most products — use the custom size form on this page or email us, and we'll confirm price and making time.
What if it doesn't fit my space — can I return it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that curtains with cotton lining or blackout lining are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These curtains are specially made for each customer according to their chosen size, fabric, and lining. Custom-sized items are also excluded.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy.
